Glass fiber PPR co-extrusion Line
PPR three layer pipe with middle layer Fiber glass reinforcement, a better performance on hot water, compressed air piping system. The line takes three sets extruder high speed extrusion.
Main characteristics:
²  Adopt three layer compound co-extrusion mold, uniform thickness between the layers.
²  Production of pipes than ordinary finished product PPR pipe with high compression strength, high temperature, low expansion coefficient little deformation advantages.
²  Pipe production cost is  5% ~ 10% lower than that of single wall PP-R. 
²  Machine adopts advanced PLC and color liquid HMI screen as control system, easy operation, standalone adjustment range linkage, fault alarm, and beautiful shape, high automation, production is stable and reliable
