Introduction of Pipe:Double-wall corrugated pipe of diameter ID100-1200mm is a new type plastic pipe.Compared with metal, ceramic, concrete and other pipes, double-wall corrugated pipe has many advantage such as lower weight, lower cost, erosion resistance, smooth inside-wall , high intensity, abrasion resistance, easy connection and so on. So it is used widely for sewerage and drainage system(larger diameter), cable protection system(smaller diameter), etc.Features of double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line :HDPE/PP  double-wall corrugated pipe production line developed by our company is configured with high-efficiency single screw extruder, laminar flow distributor, dual passage spiral composite extrusion die, corrugated forming system, spray cooling water tank, cutting unit and stack unit.High performance single screw extruder with special screw and grooved feed barrel can ensure good extrusion in high efficiency.The extrusion die surface is nitrided and polished. A wall thickness-regulating device is equipped in die lip to be suitable for production of different raw materials and ring resistance material. Special structure die make the thickness of the inner and outer wall even, and stable molding. In addtion, it has unique water cooling structure inside and close air flowing structure.The presser water cooling corrugated forming system ensures high efficiency extrusion of high quality pipe. The special aluminum alloy mould bolck with anti-adhereing treatment, cooling air, cooling water and vacuum channel inside of mould block ensure good forming structure of pipe and fast cooling speed. Advanced online belling system lowers the investment and increase the efficiency. In addtion, the forming systme is provided with self-protection device for sudden power cut.The cutting unit can cut pipe in right position by tracking switch. The high quality alloy knife and clamp tools can satisfy different cutting.The line adopts OMRON or SIEMENS PLC computer control system with touch screen interface, which guarantee automatic and reliable operation.High Speed Corrugator 
l  The mould blocks are horizontally installed in the forming track. Comparing with the vertical structure, the rigidity of corrugators is much higher and the center height of gravity and pipe is eternal and lower than the vertical style. While sizes change, no need to change the corrgator machine centre height.
l  {C}An innovative water cooling system, which is adopted for the cooling of mould blocks, makes the cooling medium cycle in the mould blocks at a higher flow speed to achieve a higher cooling efficiency. In this way, it can ensure the production line  a higher output, and the highest output reachs1500kg/h(HDPE).
l  {C}       Innovative design of corrugator structure makes the left and right frames open and
close flexible , brings great convenience for production starting up. When it is need to change the mould blocks between different sizes, or when the corrugators stops without any mould blocks, the left and right frames can be opened and closed easily so as to effectively avoid complicated adjusting operation caused by mould blocks jammed by the die head.

l  {C}Unique design of orbits for the running of mould blocks can make the mould blocks running forward and backward bidirectional.
l  {C}The central height of the corrugator is fixed, and there is no need to adjust the frame or platform of the corrugator for easier operation.
l  {C}The cooling circuit and vacuum channel in the mould blocks are formed in one time by precision casting with advanced patented technology, which brings a higher strength and longer lifespan for the mould blocks and ensures the production of pipes with higher quality and higher efficiency.
l  {C}The position of corrugator can be adjusted electrically, and the corrugator is equipped with perfect measuring and feeding back devices in order to show the adjustment quantity in each dimensionality precisely.
