The production line adopts three-layer coextrusion technology. The outer layer of the pipe body is coated with EVOH oxygen blocking polymer, and EVOH is bonded together by polymer adhesive to make the pipe

It can effectively prevent bacteria from growing in the pipeline system and achieve the purpose of environmental protection.

The production line adopts new precision extrusion technology combined with Pb special screw and special die. It is made by precise metering by melt metering pump and cooling by special vacuum sizing

The wall thickness of coextrusion layer is uniform, and other kinds of oxygen resistance pipe or solid wall pipe can be produced after changing raw materials according to customer's needs.

The whole line adopts PLC closed-loop control system, man-machine dialogue interface, easy operation, single machine adjustment, whole line linkage, automatic fault alarm, beautiful appearance and stable production
