Main technical characteristics:
SHUANGLIN combined the advanced technology and digestion to prompt this U-PVC water supply and sewage pipe production line. Its unique structure design and high efficiency performance makes it fast accepted by the pipe factories.
The extrusion line consists of high efficiency conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibration, spraying water cooling tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary cutting machine , pipe stacker and trolley.
It adopts PLC control system and HMI for whole extrusion line, synchronization function realized, as well as the winding machine. It helps the group machine production management and quality control.
