Based on years of experience in the development, design and production of plastic machinery, the production line of HDPE water supply pipe and gas pipe is developed on the basis of introducing foreign advanced technology and digesting and absorbing. It has the advantages of unique structure, novel design, reasonable layout of the whole line and strong control performance. The products are widely used and easy to install. At present, they have become the preferred products for urban gas transmission pipes and outdoor water supply pipes.

The production line adopts high-efficiency single screw extruder, which is cooled by multi crawler tractor through vacuum sizing through screw or basket mold. It is well known that there are many kinds of traction tubes in large diameter PE pipes. Shuanglin specially developed a fast traction switching device to solve this problem. The two-layer or multi-layer coextrusion can be realized by properly changing some units. The raw materials of each extrusion layer can be replaced or special materials, such as flame retardant, antistatic, corrosion-resistant, nano antibacterial and other raw materials can be added according to the needs of use, which greatly improves the use of pipe materials, reduces the use of raw materials and reduces the cost of pipe materials.

The production line adopts PLC control system, man-machine dialogue interface, easy operation, single machine adjustment, whole line linkage, automatic fault alarm, stable and reliable production.
