The middle layer FR-PPR layer extruded by specialized bi-metal screw and barrel extruder, which ensures high speed extrusion and long service life of extruder. 
How to make three layers or two layers
Three extruders co-extrusion, makes each layer wall thickness easy adjusting by speed control. What is more, the same pipe production line also makes two layer pipes for external layer UV or internal layer Nano anti-bacteria.
Two or three extruders alternatively running makes different wall structure pipes easily.

5. The water cooling tank has a set of automatically control water temperature and water level . It can save lot of water and improve production efficiency .
