The production line is an ideal product for upgrading the common PP-R pipe production equipment.
The key technical problems of coating and bonding between ultra-thin aluminum foil and PP-R plastic pipe were effectively solved.
The creep resistance of PP-R pipe was enhanced by adding a layer of aluminum foil and plastic layer on the outer layer of common PP-R pipe.
The results show that the produced pipes have high interlaminar joint strength and good dimensional stability, and their stiffness and strength are much higher than those of ordinary PP-R pipes.
By changing the wall thickness of PP-R and other pipes, the pipe can be reinforced by the production line.
The production line adopts PLC integrated control system, man-machine dialogue interface, single machine adjustment, whole line linkage, fault alarm, automatic storage and recording of process parameters,
The operation is simple and the production is stable and reliable.
