Main technical features:
1. Based on years of experience in the development, design and production of plastic machinery, our company has developed a new PP-R pipe production line on the basis of introducing foreign advanced technology, digesting and absorbing.
2. The production line can realize the production of PE-RT heat-resistant polyethylene pipe and PE XB two-step cross-linked polyethylene pipe by changing some units properly.
3. Gear less precision extruder can be selected, which has the characteristics of high torque, low noise, high efficiency, low energy consumption, maintenance free, stable operation and stable extrusion.
4. The production line adopts PLC control system, man-machine dialogue interface, single machine adjustment, whole line linkage, fault alarm, automatic storage and recording of process parameters, easy operation, stable and reliable production.
