Shuanglin PP-R 2 cavity pipe extrusion line on updated design, high speed and stable performance.
It adopts high efficient and energy saving single screw extruder equips with special mould, the output improve 30% and power save 20% than single pipe, reduce the manpower in the same time.
According to needs it can change die and core mould to produce two different sizes or pressure pipes simultaneously.
The machine compacts PP-R pipe extrusion only if change some parts.
It adopts advanced PLC and color LCD touch screen control system for whole extrusion line, single machine adjustment,synchronization function realized, failure warning,high automatization and stable and reliable production.
