Thanks to the high quality of PP sewage pipe, the building drainage system works for much longer time than PVC-U. PP silent pipe is light, harmless, long life time, and low cost and non-glue socket joint with rubber sealer makes it easier for pipe connection, works in hot water also. .PP pipe drainage applications: Apartments, Hospital, School, Industry water drainage, sewage, etc.
We make the machine on two types, mono layer extrsion, and three layer co-extrusion with BaSO4. Both of the two kind of pipes can be socketing on line. Full belling tools available.
Machinery Features
This line takes the latest industry technology for PP-H pipe and the upgrade three layer Super Silent pipe. The two sets main extruder takes special designed screw, three layer co-extrusion mould, high precision melt pump servo extrusion. Dust free cutting machine with chamfering, clean and easy operation.
The whole line takes PLC loom closed control, HMI operation panel,intelligent control terminal distribution solutions, supports synchronization and independent control, multi alarm system of malfunctions, stable and reliable.
