The five layer oxygen barrier pipe solves the problems of common pipe materials that can not prevent oxygen penetration, which leads to the shortening of pipeline system life and the decline of safety. The production process of five layer co extrusion is adopted for the pipe. The inner and outer layers are plastic layers (PE-RT, PEX, Pb, etc.), and the middle layer is EVOH (ethylene / vinyl alcohol copolymer) oxygen blocking layer.

Through the use of the barrier characteristics of EVOH to achieve the oxygen resistance of the pipe.

Five layer oxygen barrier pipe is widely used in radiator connection, cold and hot water, floor heating and air conditioning pipeline, industrial pipeline, fire pipeline, marine pipeline and other fields with excellent performance.

It can be divided into the following three types according to different materials of internal and external layers:

1. PE-RT / EVOH / PE-RT; the inner and outer plastic layers are heat-resistant non crosslinked polyethylene, which are bonded by hot melt adhesive of inner and outer layers and EVOH of intermediate layer respectively.

2. PEX / EVOH / PEX; the inner and outer plastic layers are cross-linked polyethylene, and the inner and outer layers are respectively bonded by hot melt adhesive and EVOH.

3. Pb / EVOH / Pb; the inner and outer plastic layers are polybutene, which are bonded by hot melt adhesive and EVOH
