 SHUANGLIN combined the advanced technology and digestion to prompt this HDPE water supply pipe and gas pipe production line. Its unique structure design and high efficiency performance makes it fast accepted by the pipe factories.
The extrusion line consists of high efficiency single screw extruder, vacuum calibration, spraying water cooling tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary cutting machine , pipe stacker and trolley.
It adopts PLC control system and HMI for whole extrusion line, synchronization function realized, as well as the winding machine. It helps the group machine production management and quality control.
     This HDPE Pipe production line utilize highly efficient large capacity single screw extruder, vacuum sizing tank, spray cooling tank, various multi-band trackers, planetary cutting machine, and  finished products stacker, equipped with spiral or basket extrusion mold.
       With appropriate exchange of certain units, the production line can realize two or three layer co-extrusion of dual resistance pipe. Co-extruded layers of pipe wall have uniform thickness. The inner and outer layer use dual resistance material (flame retardant, anti-static, etc), while the core layer using ordinary HDPE. this way it greatly reduces the amount dual resistance material used , and thereby reducing the cost of dual resistance pipe.
    This Pipe Extrusion Line adopts PLC control system, man-machine interface(MHI), easy to operate,  function auto-synchronize.
