SJ Series single-screw extruder is designed with German technology (L/D 33 and 36). Screw is separate type with mixing part. Barrel is grooved feed type with lengthened feeding part. With separate screw and grooved barrel, the extruder has advantages:
Optimizing melt process to get high output.
Extrusion with low melt temperature.
The cut from separate clearance makes material even mixed.
